Recipes for a sample

A sample post, written for the engine's tests: it has a date, a category and two tags, and it links out to the CommonMark spec and in to the long one.

A recipe is a sequence of steps that someone else can follow. A sample is a recipe for a test: just enough of a thing to show that the machinery around it works.
